Donations and Tax Information
The Fundacion THE FOUNDATION OF FRIENDS, is a registered Fundación Andaluza, and all donations made to the Foundation by Spanish Residents and Non-Resident Tax payers are tax deductible in accordance with the  Ley 49/2002, de 23 de diciembre, de régimen fiscal de las entidades sin fines lucrativos y de los incentivos fiscales al mecenazgo. To comply with Spanish Legislation the Foundation will issue a tax certificate for all donations made.
The donations may be allowable in other countries, please check with your tax adviser to ensure the donations made are deductible in your case
